Climate Game is an interactive way to learn about climate risks and develop resilient strategies for corporations while playing with friends The impacts of the climate crisis on global markets are complex and unpredictable. The disruption caused by the transition to a low-carbon economy, in addition to the physical impacts caused by the changing climate, will lead to a variety of risks and opportunities. Companies must identify, manage and disclose these potential positive and negative impacts by incorporating climate change into existing risk management processes. This will enable companies to respond quickly and appropriately to ensure their business is resilient to future climate shocks. If you are concerned about Climate change, join us to understand the range of potential impacts of climate change and how to integrate climate-related risks into business decision-making processes by playing an interactive GAME with your FRIENDS and WIN a GIFT! The Game will be followed by a volunteer team pitching their resilience strategy. Hosted by Yrys Zhumashova and the Graduate Advisory Board (GAB) Student group of the MES/MSAG program at the University of Pennsylvania This event is open to the public, however Penn's current COVID guidelines must be followed including proof of vaccination for guests outside of the Penn community.
