Lovely cat looking for a good home

I have a lovely cat named Whiskers, he is a male and is around 4 years old. He is very playful and friendly. He is a much loved pet. He loves to be outdoors during the day and this unfortunately has caused some problems in our neighborhood, this is why we are looking for a new home. He is fully house trained but will rather go outdoors if allowed. Please only respond if you love cats and live in a neighborhood that will allow him to be an outdoor cat. There is $25 rehoming fee.
