Looking for individual for long term employment. Help maintain large condominiums complex.
Must be able to work alone unsupervised and well with others.
Take directions well.
Help with keeping complex clean, side walks, parking lots, trash encloses, pool area, tennis court, recycle center, plant flowers and bushes, lights, maintain break room, and shovel snow.
Some heavy lifting and digging.
Help with sprinkler and bush technicians when needed.
Must be able to work weekends or snow holidays when needed.
