Full time, year around position available for a motivated, self starting individual who would love to work independently in the beautiful Colorado mountains. Very flexible hours. Some seasons and weeks will be more hours, some weeks will be less to average 35 - 40 hours per week over all. We own acreage on Flagstaff Road with extensive lawns, flower beds, horses, trails (mountain biking/hiking), etc. and are looking for a full time, long term person to help us care for it all. The previous gentleman was here for 13 years!! Duties/Skills to include: lawn/yard maintenance, tractor/4-wheeler operation experience, chainsaw experience, fence maintenance, etc. Reliable transportation (able to navigate mountain roads in the winter) is a must. Additional skills desired but not required: irrigation maintenance, horse experience, landscape design, farm equipment maintenance, handy man skills, etc. Valid drivers license required. References appreciated. Full background check will be run as final stage of job offer.
