Press release from City of Fort Worth: March 25, 2022 The city's Transportation & Public Works Department is hosting a virtual community meeting to discuss the upcoming construction of the Safe Routes to School project for Daggett Elementary. The 2018 Safe Routes to School project consists of the design and construction of new sidewalks, crosswalks, curb ramps, driveways and signs around seven elementary schools in Fort Worth. The project is partially funded by a grant awarded to the city from the North Central Texas Council of Governments that allows for implementation of Safe Routes to School improvements within a ΒΌ-mile radius of each school. The meeting for the Daggett Elementary project will be held at 6 p.m. Wednesday, March 30, via Webex. The meeting number is 2555 015 9611; the meeting password is daggett.
