O'Reilly Auto Parts Custodian FULL-TIME $12.65/hr, plus $2000 new hire bonus 200 Duke Drive, Lebanon, TN 37090 This person would be responsible for the cleanliness of the distribution center to include, break-rooms, restrooms, office, emptying trash, sweeping, mopping, and overall cleaning duties. We also have openings for a cardboard custodian. This includes cardboard pick-up throughout the distribution center. Operating cardboard baler or like equipment. Assisting in custodial duties. Assisting the maintenance department in maintaining building grounds such as mowing grass, snow removal, trash collection and other duties assigned by DC management team. Schedule - Shift start: 6:00AM - Shift length: 8 hours - Days: Monday - Friday Benefits - Health, dental, vision insurance available after 30 days - Paid time off - 401k Requirements - Must be at least 18+ years old - Must pass drug screen (cannabis included) - Must pass background check - Can lift 60 lbs Bonus $2000 new hire incentive Hiring bonus is divided into 2 payments, 1st payment after 90 days, 2nd payment after 180 days.
