General Labor Job Description - $20 per hour We are in need of great part time people who work well in teams. The type of work we do ranges from junk removal to demolition to general janitorial cleaning. The shifts generally are 3 to 5 hours (can be more depending on availability). A typical day involves a small team showing up to a job site and clearing it of all abandoned items. Dumpsters are provided for larger jobs but typically we are loading trailers. We are looking for a self driven person that can take on work with as little as 1 day notice. Hours are mainly Nights and weekends (Depending on availability). Masks and gloves are provided. Must be able to be on your feet for up to 8 hours a day Must be able to lift 50lbs regularly Must be comfortable working outside Must have a good Attitude be able to adjust to a changing environment ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Cleaner Job Description - $20 per hour This position is fun for the right person. We are looking for someone who can go into a newly remodeled home and do the final clean and make it move in ready. Cleaning Windows, Dusting, Vacuuming, Moping, and cleaning of bathrooms. Our mission is to make these homes look and smell fresh for potential home buyers. We are looking for a self driven person that can take on work with as little as 1 day notice. You can pick your own hours.
