I am putting some feelers out there to see if there is anyone weird like me reading these posts hoping someone odd comes along. I have been writing some stuff lately and would like to possibly collaborate and write some loud and fast punk rock music about fighting fascism, transphobia, homophobia, sexism, classism and everything in between and basically shoving love, empathy, tolerance and compassion down everyone's throats. I am currently writing stuff that sounds like Bob Mould, F**ked Up and the Who, but I'm into all kinds of punk and metal and open to anything as long as it's high-energy and loud. I have a family and a day job and am not looking to get rid of either. I am not looking to tour or make it. Those days are long gone. I just want to vent my frustration with the way things are. I play guitar and can sing if needed (but would prefer not to). I don't care who you are or where you come from as long as you have transportation & gear and can play reasonably well. Bonus points if you're LGBTQIA+ and/or a POC. Representation is important and I'd love to provide you an outlet to vent your frustration as well. No pressure, no time limit. Even if no music happens I'd love to hang out with like-minded people!
