PHILADELPHIA, PA — Services have been set for the two state troopers who were killed last week on I-95 in Philadelphia by a driver who police said was under the influence. Meanwhile, court hearings continue for the 21-year-old driver, whose social media posts show bragging about being a good drunk driver in the past. Public viewings for both troopers will be held over the coming week. Trooper Martin F. Mack, 33, a native of Bristol in Bucks County, will be celebrated on Wednesday, March 30. The viewing will take place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Wade Funeral Home, on 1002 Radcliffe Street in Bristol. Public parking will not be available at the funeral home. Mack's public funeral service will be the next day, Thursday, March 31, at 11 a.m. It will take place at St. Michael the Archangel Church, located on 66 Levittown Parkway in Levittown. Following the internment, a funeral procession will travel to Our Lady of Grace Cemetery, located on 1215 Super Highway in Langhorne. The viewing for Trooper Branden T. Sisca will be held on Friday, April 1, from noon to 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Boyd-Horrox-Givnish Funeral Home. The home is locted on 200 W. Germantown Pike in Norristown. A public funeral service will take place at Perkiomen Valley High School on Saturday, April 2, at noon. Sisca's funeral procession and internment will be private. The two troopers had found a pedestrian, later identified as 28-year-old Reyes Rivera Oliveras of Allentown, and were struck while they were putting him in their vehicle, authorities said. The driver was identified as 21-year-old Jayana Tanae Webb, according to police. She's been charged with third degree murder, DUI, and related counts. Bail for her has been denied. In a social media post back in Webb wrote "If you ask me, I'm the best drunk driver ever," in January this year. A preliminary hearing has been set for April 5, and she will remain behind bars until at least that time.
