West St. Paul, MN —The city of West St. Paul is reminding local residents that on April 23 a free paper shred event will be held for people living in Mendota Heights, West St. Paul, South St. Paul, Sunfish Lake and Lilydale. The event, which is partially funded by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency and Dakota County, will take place from 9 a.m. to noon at the West St. Paul Sports Complex, 388 Wentworth Ave. E.
