Positions Available: Maintenance Tech Maintenance Foreman Porter/Groundskeeper Position Details: Maintenance Tech Basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry skills HVAC experience and EPA certification required All facets of apartment make ready Maintenance Foreman Basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry skills HVAC experience and EPA certification required Pool certification a plus Certification in refrigeration, electrical, plumbing a plus Previous property management experience A hands-on supervisory approach Four year supervisory experience preferred All applicants must have their own tools and transportation.
