2:45 pacer

To the 2:45 pacer and the running posse on the Rock n Roll half marathon. I dropped off around mile 7. You all are awesome runners, and I had a great time, even though I could barely talk and run. Thank you. Would've been my fastest half run, but I still waited about 15 mins at the end for my wife and kid to meet me at the finish line. I'm not much of a runner, but thank you for teaching me how to do intervals. Definitely made it more tolerable.
