Our Seasonal Swim Club has an opening for a Pool Manager to oversee our aquatics department. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling employees, hiring and training new staff, supervising lifeguards, and inspecting equipment and facilities to ensure the safety of our patrons. During busy hours, you will also walk around the pool areas to enforce pool rules and policies. Administrative duties include documenting the number of daily visitors, requesting repairs or services, and developing new safety policies to ensure the safe use of our facilities.Pool Manager Duties and Responsibilities Manage staff schedulesHire and train new staffOversee lifeguardsInspect facilities for repairs and maintenanceKeep accurate records of visitorsReport problems and request service calls Pool Manager Requirements and Qualifications A high school diploma or equivalentAt least 21+ years old5+ years of lifeguarding experience with at least 2 years in supervisory rolesCurrent CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
