UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — An 11-year-old girl who had been reported missing on the Upper East Side returned home safely hours later, police said. Police had asked for help finding Zoe Weinstein after she disappeared around 10 a.m. near the corner of East 61st Street and Lexington Avenue. By 5 p.m., an NYPD spokesperson said that Weinstein had returned to her home in the neighborhood after leaving on her own accord. No other details were available.
