We are a medium sized family-owned real estate company looking for someone loyal and dedicated looking to build a long-term relationship with to run the day to day repairs. Objectives: The job is mainly to respond to maintenance requests from tenants, perform the work needed, and to pick up rents. Must have a car to get around and basic tools, having basic knowledge for repairs, experienced in painting is a must, maintenance work. We are looking for someone trustworthy to build a long term relationship with. Must have high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication. - Must have previous experience and references.
