Looking for weekly light trash haul

Need help taking out 2-3 light bags of trash weekly. Third-floor apartment, stairs only, and it is usually only one trip up. $20 per week + $5 for any additional bags over 3. I pay extra when the load is heavier or whatever you think is fair. I struggle with this weekly chore, so your help is greatly appreciated.
