-Friendly -Experience Checking in people (Computer savvy) -Formal dress code Meet at W Austin, Great Room A at 10:15am sharp. You will meet Betty and will give you direction of what she will need from you at the event. You will be assisting Betty with checking in VIP and General Admmission guests and giving name badges. Please make time to set up check-in table with name badges. Make sure there are extra name badges and sharpies available for last minute registrees. You will receive an email with a copy of the agenda and help Betty with transitions.
