Laborer, Drivers and Heavy Equipment Operators - Responsibilities: • Collect sand samples when needed. • Grease and fuel equipment when needed. • Grease bearings and pulleys as needed. • Perform appropriate pre-shift equipment examinations. • Perform some plant maintenance as directed, including assisting shift mechanics with repairs as an extra set of hands. • Operate controls for loading/unloading material in and out of semi-trailers. • Proper and accurate completion of all necessary paperwork related to delivery of material, safety, etc. • Inspect Commercial vehicles and/or equipment for safe operating conditions before, during, and after trips. • Maintain service and appearance of the truck and submit reports when necessary. • Safely operate other heavy equipment if needed or necessary. • Responsible for cleaning and dumping the dust collectors. • Commit to and support company’s quality statement committed to providing customers with products that are within specification and delivered on time, while continually improving commitment to the communities they operate. • Other duties assigned. Laborer, CDL Drivers and Heavy Equipment Operators - Requirements: • Preferred experience in a mining operation, plant, trucking, and/or rail. Compensation Ranges by Position and Experience: • $17.00 - $34.00/hr. (DOE and Position). Schedule, Benefits and Bonus: • Local / Rotational Schedule • Health, Dental and Vision benefits - effective 1st of the month after 30 days. • FSA, Accidental Death and Dismemberment, Short Term and Long-Term Disability. • On call doctor visits, 24/7 Nurse line and Preventative screening care. • Work: fuel provided to all employees to commute back and forth to work. • Personal: weekly $50 fuel card provided to all employees with perfect attendance. • $150.00 boot allowance.
