Assembling Utilitarian Punk Band

I am a 26 year old bassist/guitarist looking to form a solid band that plays music for music's sake. Looking for like-minded individuals that share the utilitarian attitudes of trailblazing punk bands such as Black Flag, Minor Threat and Fugazi, where the sole purpose is to write, rehearse, record, and play. No giant pedalboards, no soundscapes, no synth tracks or computers, just a canvas of drums and guitars, and a creative drive to push the boundaries of what it means to be a punk rock band. Ian Mackaye of Fugazi said that punk is a free space. It's a place where new ideas can be introduced to the world. I believe if the right people come together, there are infinite boundaries to which punk rock can be pushed. There is no room for drug, sex or fame-based motives. It's about playing hard. It's about playing for ourselves and for the music. This will be a long shot, but I know the right people are out there. Let's create something new from the ground up.
