MB ENTERPRISES IS LOOKING FOR THE FOLLOWING FOR A ONE DAY EVENT IN SEVERAL LOCATIONS ON SUNDAY APRIL 3 RD 2022 CHEF SOUS CHEF EXPERIENCED LINE COOK--(10) YEARS MINIMUM COOKING EXPERIENCE FOR EITHER HOTELS--CATERERS OR RESTAURANTS. OTHER ESTABLISHMENTS WILL BE CONSIDERED EXPERIENCED HOME COOKS WITH NO RELEVANT CULINARY TRAINING BUT UNDERSTANDS HOW TO WORK IN AND LEAD AN OFF PREMISE KITCHEN/CULINARY OPERATION WILL BE HEAVILY CONSIDERED AS WELL. IF PERFORMANCE MEETS EXPECTATIONS YOU WILL HAVE THE ABILITY TO BE ADDED TO THE MBE CULINARY TEAM AND BE PRESENTED STAFFING OPPORTUNITIES WEEKLY WITH ITS VARIOUS CLIENT ACCOUNTS. FLEXIBILITY IS A MUST AND YOU WILL HAVE THE ABILITY TO WORK THE HOURS THAT FIT YOUR LIFESTYLE. Skills needed to succeed in this role: *Strong relationship management skills *Willingness to learn and desire for professional growth *Willingness and ability to work various positions when necessary. MUST BE ADAPTABLE! *Ability to operate in high volume setting • Must have strong leadership skills and be able to take charge of entire kitchen operations and manage team when Executive Chef is not working. • Proven ability delegating tasks and ensuring consistent follow up a must. • Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills. Read, write and speak English fluently. Spanish a plus. • Ability to coach and counsel employees. MUST HAVE VERIFIABLE WORK OR PROFESSIONAL REFERENCES.
