Pet Owners, have you been looking for a place to take your dog(s), Puppies to run free and get all the exercise they want, a secluded place with a 1/2+mile logging road, plus many trails to run and explore on or off leash? Well, I have just the place for your dogs to play, run, be trained and enjoy the company of their People :) There are websites you can go to and pay, however, these sites really do nothing but host people who have land for dogs to be dogs! I live on a dead end road, the land is nearly a mile long, X almost 1/2 mile wide. There are fields, a brooke, and plenty of places to explore. **NOTE**, this land also has wild animals, Deer, Turnkey, Moose, Coyotes, Lynx, Owls, Large Coopers hawks, Bears, Grouse, Rabbits, snakes and almost any other kind of animal one could find in Maine woods. Therefore, if your dog is NOT well trained, I recommend a leash. It's also a great piece of land for Hunters to train their dogs for snowshoe hair, Grouse hunting, etc., training purposes only, no hunting allowed on property whatsoever..! Reasonable rates, or I should say extremely reasonable rates compared to the surrounding small land owners who belong to dog recreational website locations. **NOTE** - A WAIVER FORM MUST BE SIGNED, NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 UNLESS WITH A PARENT MAY USE PROPERTY FOR DOG PLAY, ALL DOGS MUST BE VACCINATED, HAVE CURRENT RABIES SHOTS AND MUST SHOW PROOF OF TIC PROTECTION. Dog's can also get Lymes disease and there is a great deal of Fern and grassy areas where tics thrive.
