ABOUT THIS LISTING Parkside Studios is expanding from NYC into the Hudson Valley! We are currently taking over a new space in Chatham, NY and looking for potential artists to join our studios. We anticipate creating four studio spaces here with the potential for a project space/gallery down the road. All the walls will be painted white and new partition/divider walls will be constructed to create individual studios. There is a shared restroom and kitchenette. Access to the studios would be 24/7. These future studios are in the downtown Chatham area, close to shops, restaurants and galleries. The studio spaces available are ideal for all types of art production except for the use of toxic materials and heavy wood cutting or fabrication. RENTAL REQUIREMENTS Security deposit, first month's rent and a utilities fee would be necessary to move in.
