Scope: 2 Day Project Day 1: Ensure all materials are on site. If all materials are not on site do not start work, contact Armeena Red at [email protected] Prep Area for Install. Kerdi can be installed over Drywall or over Backerboard Install Layer of CustomBlend Thinset over Area Install Kerdi Membrane and valve and pipe seal with approved CustomBlend Mortar 44 sqft or 55 sqft Wait 24 hours for Mortar and Kerdi Membrane to Dry. Clean Up First Day of Project, Dispose of garbage, boxes / used material containers offsite (do not dump in dumpsters) Broom Sweep Area Day 2. Install First Layer of Tile Install Schluter Edge along the exterior of install, two 3' edges and three 5' edges. Install Tile and Grout Install Grout Sealer Dispose of all items from install and remove from the site (do not throw away in property garbage can) Broom Sweep Work Area Line Items if Necessary (please add a line item cost if this extra is necessary): Install Drywall to Shower Surround Area Demo Existing Tile Demo Existing Surround
