SAN MATEO, CA — Detectives were looking at surveillance video and searching for a suspect who fatally shot a man Saturday morning outside a bank at the Hillsdale Shopping Center in San Mateo. Police were dispatched to the bank Saturday morning where a fatal shooting unfolded around 9:30 a.m. at Wells Fargo, according to a news release from police. Police believe the shooting was targeted.
