Greetings and Welcome to the Tammy's Rose Culinary Academy. My name is Chef Elizabeth. I have my degree in Culinary Arts and Baking/Pastry. I have spent more time in a Kitchen than I have outside of one. I have worked in every part of a kitchen, from working the grill to being an Executive Chef. It is because of my love for the Majesty and Art of Cooking and Baking that I want to share this skill with your Children. Culinary Classes can start as soon as April 9th. please sign up soon if interested Cost: Cost of program is to cover materials, food/ingredients, handouts, materials, lunch every class, field trip, hat and apron. Senior high covers the same with field trip plus a meal at a restaurant. Grades 7-12 6 hour class for 8 weeks $120.00.
