Legacy Florials is seeking a Florist Helper/Delivery Driver to help maintain the design room and display area of the flower shop, clean and prepare for flowers upon arrival, clean and organize the refrigerator and storage areas and deliveries as needed. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Management retains the discretion to add or change the essential duties and requirements at any time) Cut and process flowers upon arrival. Keep workroom and refrigerators neat, floor swept as much as possible to avoid any unsafe condition. Help clean workroom everyday on arrival and before leaving for the day. Clean front shop (display area) daily. Empty trash daily. Assist florist when needed to water plants, maintain front shop, etc. Drive and maintain a good driving record. QUALIFICATIONS Punctual and reliable Able to stand and walk for long periods of time Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. or more Available for weekend work Available for evening work (as needed) Available for overtime during holidays We are a very small and growing company and all work together as a team to complete daily tasks.
