Description

The Position: • Confirm the job site is always clean and organized manner. • Communicate with the project team regarding Daily logs, & RFI’s, documentation as needed. • Ensure that subcontractors are fully complying with their contracted scope of work. • Maintain a daily log of activities on the jobsite using software. • Walk the project daily to monitor activities and two week outlooks planning. • Preside over weekly subcontractor meetings designed to coordinate the work. • Notify Project Manager of non-compliance of subcontractors in regards to quality of work, safety or scheduling.
