Small group Breathwork session Friday, April 1st 5:30 to 7:30 pm Saturday, April 2nd 2 to 4 pm Groups are $40 the day of the session or $35 prepaid We are located in Tempe near the 101 Participation is limited to 8 people. Please reserve your spot. Through consciously drawing in a circular breath, a charge is created in the body. As this charge of energy is dispersed it provides a deep release. This release cleanses blockages creating an opening for healing. Physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual healing. Be prepared for immediate Growth and a powerful experience. A feeling of freshness about life. A connection to your body. Coming home to you, again. You are encouraged to; wear loose, comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat or sleeping bag, blanket, and pillow or use the ones provided. It is preferable not to eat for an hour prior.
