Seeking rent exchange for childcare or eldercare in Encinitas area!

Hi there! My name is Bernadette and I'm a very experienced nanny (over 20 years) seeking a new living situation — I've been in Escondido during the pandemic (lived in Boulder for many years before that), and would really like to be closer to the coast. Would love to live in your studio/granny flat/pool house or even a room with its own bathroom and private entrance in exchange for 10 hours of childcare each week (And yes, I'm comfortable watching multiple children! I usually charge $30 per hour for childcare because of my extensive experience, so that would be about $1200 per month). I have experience caring for children of all ages, including newborns. I also have a MA in Somatic Psychology from Naropa University and see a few clients each week over Zoom. I don't smoke or have pets, I'm vaccinated and healthy, and all of the families I've worked with have said I was their favorite nanny. :) I also have experience working as a companion to elders, house-sitting and pet-sitting, if that would be more helpful!
