Established cleaning company needs a sub-contractor to perform commercial janitorial work. You must have a clean background, your own floor and carpet cleaning equipment (floor scrubber, wet vacs, extractors, etc...). An insured and reliable vehicle, and experience doing this kind of work. We have many projects that we need completed, and we are always getting new work. We paid one of our subs over 100k last year doing floor and carpet projects.
