College of San Mateo has moved its Real
Estate (and other) classes ONLINE so everybody can sign up and take
classes during the Virus scare.
CSM has been a leader in Real Estate
Education for over half a century, and is fully Accredited.
This professor's classes always fill up very
rapidly. Right now, there IS one class left with a little space to
enroll! It is Real Estate Practice 110, one of our most popular
classes. This is the official lead SMCCD Real Estate program; students sign up from the Peninsula (and from all over the Bay Area and some from further
away).
RE110 is required to get a Real Estate
License. It looks at some of the legal and very practical things
successful agents do to earn their famous "Super-Sized
commissions." (This class also transfers for full credits to
all 31 California State Universities and most other universities, for
those interested.)
Sign-ups are NOW at the CSM website,
www.collegeofsanmateo.edu. For any needed enrollment and fee
assistance, you may call on the nice Admissions staff (Monday thru
Thursdays) on 650/574-6165.
