Anyone down to jam? Looking for a few people around Long Beach to get together on a semi regular basis to make noise. I like improvisational prog rock, lo-fi, funk, and jazz and am hoping to find a few local people who want to play around with improvising around those genres and more. I play flute, tenor saxophone, Handpan and ukulele. All instruments welcome as a cool sound often comes from nontraditional pairings. Do you make beats? Cello, violin, bass, guitar, sitar, accordion, trumpet, drums, keyboard, kazoo- let’s see where this goes. Got an old band instrument that you kind of remember how to play? Learning but want to get away from sheet music and play what you feel? Excellent musician looking to relax with a no pressure jam session? Not looking to form a band. Talk soon, D
