Apartment Maintenance Technician This is a full time Apartment Maintenance Technician position whose duties include but are not limited to: * Completing Service requests. * Preparing vacant apartments of new residents. * Perform routine and emergency maintenance. * Light Plumbing repairs. * Painting of vacant apartments. * Rotating on-call responsibility in case of after-hour’s emergencies. Minimum Requirements for Employment: * High school diploma or GED. * Must have valid driver’s license, clean driving record. * Good oral and written communication skills in English. * Meet the physical demand of the employment to meet the essential function of this job. While performing the duties of this job an employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop; kneel; crouch. The employee is occasionally required to climb ladders. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and or move up to 100 pounds. * Demonstrate the ability to interact with diverse populations. * Be able to understand Fair Housing Laws and standards.
