Betta/tank for Rehome

I'm getting ready to move to Portland, and sadly I can't take this setup with me. It's a cycled 10 gallon with heater/filter, live plants, 5 mystery snails (left overs from a surprise batch of babies I raised) and a betta. He had a bout of finrot a couple months back, but his tail is growing back nicely now that it's gone. He comes with food (flakes, pellets, frozen mysis/brine shrimp/beef heart), test strips, replacement filter cartidges, bucket/hose for water changes, pH test kit, and net. Altogether, it's $75 (the total set up would cost over $150 new). It all will go together as I would hate for him to be rehomed into a smaller tank or heaven forbid a bowl/vase.
