Looking for witnesses to car accident i5 nb

Looking for witnesses to a accident on March 1st at 6:30am northbound i5 near exit 135. We run a cat rescue and were involved in an accident. We were in a 2010 white dodge transport caravan and the other driver was in a 1990 black Jeep Wrangler. We were sideswiped by someone when I tried to change lanes in front of them they attempted to pass on the left hand shoulder and struck our spay and neuter transport van transporting almost 40cats at the time. Insurance is saying it’s a he said she said and unfortunately being a nonprofit rescue we don’t have a lot of money to spare for the insurance deductible. Just looking for any witnesses that may have seen the accident.
