Depression sucks- and sometimes the last thing we have the energy to do is clean our spaces. Asking for help is difficult but I’d like to offer to clean your depression mess and give you back a clean space for healing. I’m also quite handy, and can offer simple fixes for this that and other. Pricing starts hourly at $25/hour and increase based on the depth of cleaning required, equipment required, and size of the space(s). I can either clean your whole house, one room, or for a specific amount of time you’ve budgeted for. I can offer non-judgemental support in whatever way feels more comfortable to you- I can avoid conversation, chat if you’d like, only be there when you’re gone, clean one room at a time, and even pet sit while i’m cleaning if you have animals you need a break from or errands you’d like to get done. if this appeals to you, please just beep me via text so that I can gather some logistics information and make a plan together.
