Areas of potential service below each have opportunities for entry level and more experienced team members. Property Manager – Lead or Assistant Property Manager Positions Available Provide comprehensive, personalized, home management services for the owners of often substantial homes in Big Sky who do not regularly rent out their homes. Lead Property Managers should have: Strong communication skills, including for direct communication with property owners. Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills to coordinate maintenance and services for up to 40 properties with multiple vendors across Big Sky. Strong self-motivation and time management skills to develop weekly schedule of inspections and maintenance coordination, and get it done. Flexible hours allowed. Maintenance skills beneficial but not essential. Community Association Manager and/or Technician Deliver excellent management, in an office setting and/or in the field, Condo and Homeowner Associations. Mid-level managers should have: Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills to coordinate maintenance and services at/for multiple condo complexes with various vendors across Big Sky. Strong self-motivation and excellent time management skills to perform weekly schedule of inspections and maintenance coordination, and get it done. General maintenance background helpful. Maintenance Tech General maintenance work in support of all Alpine areas of effort including management of private homes, Community Associations and significant remodeling projects. Must have: Strong general maintenance background. Strong self-motivation, self-discipline and excellent time management skills to work independently, under the general supervision of our Chief of Maintenance and Projects, on various projects and maintenance tasks around Big Sky.
