I think these guys would work well in a koi pond or tank, whatever the set up I would recommend at least 55 gal or more so they have room to chill and swim. One of the goldfish has survived the last three years, but it certainly needs a larger tank with more filtration than I can provide. I’m hoping someone with a pond or an established set-up might be willing to take this fish to live out the rest of its natural days in the sort of environment a goldfish needs. Has a bit of fin rot. Fish is three years old. Just a common feeder goldfish. I know it’s plain but it made it this long so I’d rather not use it as a feeder. Can send pictures if you’re interested.
