Brand new, still in the box was never opened. We ordered two and ended up only needing one so, so we're selling the other to try and make back some of what we spent. It comes with nesting box and chicken run, we have three roosters and three hens that fit just fine in the one we have set up. Asking 350, we spent almost 400 on it and it's still brand new. Pickup only in tobaccoville NC, it's not huge in the box so it should fit just fine in a van or a bigger car you don't necessarily need a truck.
