Leveling small area of yard

Looking for someone to come level a small part of my yard before we install a new fence. Perhaps someone has a small tractor type thing or whatever that could come help us out. If available and interested, please message and let me know how much you’ll charge and when you’re available. Thanks! Check out the picture of the area (it’s kind of lumpy and there are some tree roots in the area. We’ll be grinding down the stump prior to the leveling— unless that’s something you can do too, in which case let me know how much.)
