Forterra Pipe & Precast General Laborer FULL-TIME $20/hr, plus $1000 new hire bonus 1521 S 32nd St W, Billings, MT 59102 $1,000 Hiring bonus for all full-time General Laborers! We are currently recruiting General Laborers at our Billings plant. The starting wage is $20 per hour. We also have an incentive program based on perfect attendance (up to an extra 2.5% monthly increase in hourly wage). The General Laborer is an entry-level position working under direct supervision that operate a variety of equipment and perform all types of construction and maintenance related work in the manufacturing and production process of concrete products. Supports all aspects of a safe working environment by following organizational policies, processes, procedures and OSHA requirements. This position performs general manual labor tasks such as loading, unloading, and moving materials. Assists operators with machinery used in the production process.
