Looking for a dependable Carpenter

I run a small property maintenance business out of Fitchburg Ma. I currently find myself busy with the work load that I have and jobs waiting for me to get to. I am looking for a handyman/helper to help me with the work. This will consist of working with me on jobs but also working independently on jobs if needed. I do everything from light framing, door installs, drywall, painting, flooring, landscaping, deck repairs,Stairs,Kitchens, ect. The person I am looking for will have their own transportation. You need to be able to get to the jobs on your own. You should also have some of your own tools so you will be able to take care of jobs independently. You should be able to complete the tasks which I mentioned above with little to no supervision. Jobs need to be completed correctly and in a timely manner. I do not mind teaching you/ showing you things you may not know. Pay wise it is a weekly pay cash at the end of the week. The work week is usually Monday to Friday with possible days off once in a while, could be due to weather if we are on an outdoor job, other trades needing to work before we can finish up or if jobs require special delivery and waiting for material. Pay to START is $20 an hour cash for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks if you are able to show me you can do the work with and with out me, follow directions on the job, complete jobs correctly with little to no supervision I will then pay $25 an hour cash.
