Seeking acoustic guitarist

I head up the originals/cover acoustic band - MANZANITA. I am looking for acoustic guitarists that can do covers from the 60's and 70's, sing and who can play lead. Also guitarists that want to play rhythm, mainly lead, on well-crafted acoustic originals with country, pop and lite rock influences. I intend to have a roster of such guitarists and bass players, so I never have to cancel a performance because of lack of musicians. Manzanita will only be a band of three or four players. Two Guitarists, bass player and myself on guitar (on my originals) and percussion (on the covers). You need good transportation, good equipment and to be a musician that still enjoys playing live in a variety of situations and venues. But NOT casinos or bars. Manzanita typically performs about 4 times a month, allowing you to play in this band, but to pursue other gigs as well. When I book a performance, I will go down the list of guitarists and bass players I have met with and gotten (them) familiar with the covers and originals we do, to see who is available and then book up the band. Repeat calls to be part of Manzanita are dependent on your interest in the covers and originals, ability to be on time to gigs etc, (the basics); good attitude on stage and of course your availability for any performance I book. Since I am keeping the band small, I try for very good money for each musician, when that can be arranged. If this is of interest to you call me (on my home office land line) so I can: 1.
