The position is full time, 40 hours a week, Monday thru Friday. Employer Paid Health/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance after 90 days. Responsibilities: General building and grounds maintenance General maintenance of occupied units, involving basic troubleshooting, appliance repair, electrical work, and plumbing experience Unit turns Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience working within apartments/housing communities Knowledge in HVAC, Painting, Drywall, Plumbing & Electrical Repairs Highly motivated and team-oriented Open to change and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Must have a positive attitude / good customer service Knowledge of and ability to complete full vacant turn processes Availability for rotation of after hours emergency maintenance calls Exemplary communication skills Must have a legal driver’s license and good driving record Must be able to pass a background check Be available for after hours snow removal. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
