lost a thule rack?

Cleaning up roadway litter and found a thule rack that someone lost or threw in the ditch off Columbia. I don't know if someone stole what was in the rack or if someone was roof surfing and dislodged it but if you would like it back it's yours. Don't know how discernable they are from one another but if it's yours im sure you will. For anyone else, Seize the day, and your trash until you find a suitable receptacle. Driving towards school is hard enough most days for kids, seeing the forest covered in beer cans kind of bums them out about adults. I know you guys aren't drug and booze crazed fiends, let kids see that.
