Job Description, Duties, Goals: Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing projects, commercial & residential Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence Build and promote strong customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs Some presentation of sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team Manager projects to the full extent of start to finish, roofing, siding, gutters, fascia, soffit and other GC projects. Commercial and residential experience a plus! This position is required to climb roofs, safety first! Conduct yourself in a professional manner every day that represents the company well Skills 2-year previous roofing project management Proven experience as a sales representative, consistently meeting or exceeding targets Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization Strong business sense and industry expertise. Commercial and Residential experience a plus Xactimate experience a PLUS Ability to make slight repairs if necessary Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills Job Types & Pay: Full Time Position - Salary and commission potential, OR full commission only.
