Hello! Hola! Do you have gardening experience, or have you ever considered turning your passion for plants or gardening into a career? SUGI is hiring for seasonal Part-time and Full-time gardening positions. We are a small and quickly growing gardening business, with the majority of our client base in the Cherry Creek area. Our goal is to inspire creativity, bring harmony, and create connection with our natural surrounds. We believe collaboration, and communication are paramount, and we strive to maintain the highest standards. Starting pay is based off of experience, though gardening experience is not a must. SUGI is looking for someone who has: Excellent communication skills Strong attention to detail A willingness to learn and to take constructive criticism Is self-directed and motivated The ability to lift 50lbs or more Reliable transportation This is a physically demanding job, that requires repetitive heavy lifting, digging, squatting, kneeling, and working outdoors in the elements. We expect a high level of attention to detail from everyone on our team. We like to have fun, we foster camaraderie, and we enjoy standing back to look and celebrate our accomplishments! Services we provide our clients include: Seasonal Maintenance - trimming, pruning, weeding, edging, and detailed clean-up Pots - installation and maintenance Designed Installations - planting trees, shrubs, perennials, annuals, rock, stone, mulch, and moving/working soil Pay range is $18 to $22 per hour, based on experience.
