I am looking for someone to remove exiting floated wood floor on cement foundation, float/level the floor and lay new tile. I need the same thing done in 2 closets. Total square footage is roughly 415 sq ft. I will provide all of the materials (tile, grout, float etc). You provide tools and have reliable transportation. If the work is done well, there are other projects I can assign to you. I am offering $140 per day...payday is every Friday.
