Intelligent Blue and Gold Macaw

Blue and Gold Macaw male, semi-tame has a wide vocabulary but not that talkative. I heard him say "hello, hi, what" and sentences "like what happened", "I'm stuck" and "I don't know". He definitely knows more but he still isn't attach to me that much. I got him with a female macaw as a bonded pair last Sept 2021. He definitely wants to breed the female but she doesn't want to and she got aggressive towards him, so I have to separate them. He seems not to be happy since the female became very tame to me and just ignores him. Maybe if he does not see the female anymore he will stop plucking his feathers, or if he finds a female who wants to breed with him. I can take him out of his cage and put him on a stand or on my shoulders he just doesn't want to be touched. He has not bitten me or anyone that I know. He was DNA tested as a male. any more information please give me contact info, thank you!!
