Seeking a location in the Verde Valley for horse boarding stable co-op. The average cost for boarding horses has become prohibitive for the average horse lover. It doesn't cost $500-$600 per month to feed a horse so it doesn't have to be so darn expensive. We want to create an affordable stable where people can board their horse while being pro-active in the care of their horse. A Co-Op in which people work together, share their time and commit to a rotating schedule of duties which include feeding and cleaning, maintaining the stable, the care of their own horses, as well as others horses. The location and ammenities, as well as hay and water would be funded by a pool of monies divided among the total group of boarders. Your level of wealth should not determine whether or not you can benefit from and enjoy owning a horse!
